Daniel has worked within the Australian Film and Television industry since 2006.

D aniel was born in Melbourne, Australia and studied and graduated from Sydney Film School in 2005. The short documentary Troy which he produced and directed at SFS garnered a number of screenings and awards internationally which led Daniel to being offered an assistant director role on the 2006 feature film Men’s Group.

Between 2007 and 2011, Daniel moved between Melbourne and Sydney to work on Pauline Chan’s 33 Postcards, Richard Lowenstein’s Autoluminescent: Rowland S Howard and a number of Television programs including Tri Pods X-mas special, Shane Warne the Musical and RockIt! For Music Max and Channel 10.

In 2011, Daniel produced and directed his first feature documentary This Is Roller Derby and in 2012 his second feature Graphic Novels! Melbourne! Both films were successful locally, screening in all Australian States and internationally, screening in London, Paris, Berlin, Toronto and Seattle. Daniel’s third documentary feature Vigilanties Forever, documenting the notorious Melbourne based outlaw bikie club, is due for release in 2022.
