The film examines the cultural shift that took place in Melbourne in the late 1960’s to allow ‘bikie clubs’ to take root and the tumultuous first decade of The Vigilanties MCC; from its formation, to being the biggest and most notorious club in the mid 70’s and its involvement in the iconic Australian Film, Mad Max.
